I’m the author and creator of The Adventure Tarot, a road trip-inspired tarot deck for beginners about self-discovery, belonging, and celebrating Asian joy. I’m on a mission to destigmitze mental health, one tarot deck at a time.
I studied burnout and perfectionism while earning my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University because I wanted to understand what the f*ck was going on with me (and my clients) and why it felt so dang hard to quiet the inner critic. I’ve taken what I’ve learned from the research as well as my own personal journey (and years living on the road!) and weaved it into a fun & healing tarot deck with a guidebook!
