Elizabeth Su, MA (she/her) is an author, speaker, and millennial culture expert whose work sits at the intersection of pop culture and mental health. Known for her best-friend-style advice, Elizabeth creates fresh, empowering tools to help people connect more deeply with themselves and others, including The Everyday Millennial Oracle and The Adventure Tarot.

Elizabeth earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, where she researched burnout and perfectionism, two topics she knows all too well. Before that, she was busy hustling for her worth at a Silicon Valley start-up. Today, she combines psychology, creativity, and her firsthand experience of millennial life to destigmatize mental health and celebrate Asian joy in all its complexity. She’s also a highly sought-after executive functioning coach for teens and young adults, helping them navigate the overwhelm of modern life with practical, compassionate strategies.

Elizabeth has spoken at The Washington Post, appeared on dozens of podcasts, and been featured in The Los Angeles Times, Popsugar, Bustle, and even on a Times Square billboard.

When she's not writing, you can find her learning to surf, chasing her toddler, or watching the latest teen dramedy. After a two-year nomadic adventure, she and her husband settled in Los Angeles with their sweet baby boy.
