Do you ever get stuck on something and think the only way to “figure it out” is to work harder?
I know this feeling well. Usually, though, when I try to push through, it’s the opposite of helpful. I get frustrated, overwhelmed, and more confused than before.
When I feel myself spinning in circles, I try to remember to take a break. I walk away from whatever I’m trying to make happen and give my brain a breather.
Ask Yourself: Where in my life am I pushing and how can I give myself a breather?
