I am bouncing off the ways because the total solar eclipse is tomorrow!! 🌎🌑🌞
Why is this so amazing? Because for a total solar eclipse to occur, the angle of the moon’s orbit has to align perfectly with earth’s orbit as the moon crosses the sun’s plane. And the reason the sun appears to “disappear” behind the moon is because the sun is 400 times larger than the moon and the moon is 400 times farther away from the sun. How incredible is that! 😍
Eclipses offer an incredible opportunity to let go of something we’ve been holding on to. To release something we’ve been carrying for too long. To set new intentions. Eclipses represent a completeness and the start of something new. It’s like an energetic reset. And this is a powerful one! 🙌
I’ve been thinking for a while about what I wanted to set as my intention for this eclipse. What was I ready to release?
I did a past, present, future spread with one of my fave decks from The Wild Unknown to get me in the zone.
Past-Earthworm: “…The Earthworm indicates a newbie or novice working to establish confidence in a new field…”
Present-Scorpion: “Their career is very important to them…it’s time to come clean about your feelings so everyone can heal and you can get back to your usual (fiery but fun) self.”
Future-Peacock: “…the secret of the Peacock is that the beauty resides within and extends outwards indefinitely….”
You’ve heard me talk a lot about finding my inner strength and learning to trust my intuition. What I haven’t shared as much about is my deep desire to step into this role as a female entrepreneur not just to run my own business but to INSPIRE others. To create a ripple effect of good in the world. What’s been holding me back?
My own self-doubt.
The little gremlins that whisper “you can’t do this” or “you don’t deserve this” or “you aren’t good enough.”
So tomorrow, my friends, I will be receiving the energy of the eclipse ready to release self-doubt. That’s part of an old story and it’s time for a new, more confident and empowered chapter.
Ask Yourself: What are you finally ready to release?
