I am BEYOND EXCITED to share that doors to my 21-Day Radical Self-Love Challenge are officially open!
If you are tired of feeling stuck, burned out, or like you are the worst XYZ (partner/mother/son/sister/friend/coworker)…then you are:

This challenge will revolve around my three guiding principles of self-love:
Week 1: CHOICE – unpack all of the stories you tell yourself so you can decide what IS and what is NOT true for you so you can shift from feeling stuck or full of self-doubt to feeling crystal clear about what needs to change to lead the life you desire.
Week 2: PLAY – change the narrative that you always have to be “productive”, that it’s selfish to prioritize yourself, and that having fun is a waste of time. A form of self-love is learning how to create time for yourself and what matters to you.
Week 3: EMPOWERMENT – tap into your inner badass so you can stand up for yourself unapologetically and not rely on others to make you happy. Self-love is all about how we can love and accept ALL parts of ourselves so that we can show up at work, in our relationships, and in our life confidently and authentically.
